Homelessness is one of metro Atlanta’s most challenging issues, but it does not have to be a given. As the leader in addressing major challenges in our region, United Way is working to end chronic homelessness in our community.
The United Way Regional Commission on Homelessness has made significant strides in providing supportive housing, services and assistance to chronically homeless men, women and children. By engaging community partners and volunteers in developing innovative programs and projects, we are working to end homelessness, not manage it.
