Community Education/Outreach — Professional staff is available for speaking engagements and community fairs to educate the public and  social service agencies regarding the many services that United Way 2-1-1 offers to the community. Quality Training — Customized training is available on how to improve your present monitoring system, the roles and responsibilities of the quality assurance manager, and quality standards, as well as performance action plan and calibration methods to standardize the monitoring process. United Way 2-1-1 will provide printed and electronic materials for each trainee, as well as score all pre- and post-tests administered. Telephone support services - Customized call answering for community organizations for clients to have 24/7 access. Our fully integrated telephone system allows us to record all calls for monitoring purposes. Managers are on-site around the clock, and monthly statistical reports are produced according to the organization's specifications.
